Web Developer IBS is looking for a full-time graphic designer and front-end web programmer.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building websites from the ground up ranging from static web pages to enterprise-wide applications. The candidate will also possess creative talents with emphasis on usability and clean design.  The primary responsibilities of this position include: Ability to translate complex business initiatives into innovative technology solutions, defining architectural vision and direction of enterprise-wide solutions, coordinate and communicate with project team and stakeholders regarding technical matters such as deployments, technology upgrades, issue resolutions, etc., creating technology roadmaps in line with business vision and direction, working with peers and management to understand inefficiencies in existing business processes, applications, and recommend solutions, working collaboratively with the other senior technical experts in IT to make technology decisions impacting cross platform solutions and implementations, designing the UI for web and desktop applications, staying current with the evolution of the technology industry, development methodologies, and architectural frameworks in relation to overall technology vision and advising and preparing formal presentations to executive management and senior level business partners on web-based technology solutions.  BS and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.  In-depth working knowledge/experience with some or all of the following technologies: XML, ASP.NET, Silverlight, CSS, Javascript, HTML / XHTML, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, and knowledge of XHTML / CSS web standards and validation.  Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in Microsoft Silverlight / Expression Blend is a plus.  Desktop UI design experience helpful.

NET Developer   IBS is seeking a talented mid-level .NET developer with 3-5 years experience. The successful candidate can demonstrate mid-level programming skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.  The candidate should be proficient in C#, VB.NET, and MS SQL.  Proficiency in TSQL, solid understanding of .net framework v3.5 or 4.0, working knowledge of WinForms, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.  The ideal candidate will have a PASSION for programming.   Preferred Experience would include some experience with ASP.NET, WPF/Silverlight, LINQ, WCF, Web 2.0, and Visual Studio 2008/2010.  Experience with POS systems, accounting, and credit card network processing development is a plus. Experience with agile development. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business and/or MCPD certification preferred.

Quality Assurance Technician IBS is seeking a motivated, service-oriented individual to fill the position of Quality Assurance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy and stability of new and existing company products. The QA Technician will work closely with programmers and other technicians; excellent communication skills are a must. This position requires prior QA experience, an understanding of software development and knowledge of accounting practices. Proven work history in the software or accounting industry is preferred. Associates degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or Accounting, and prior experience in a related job is preferred. Knowledge of the golf and/or hospitality industry is helpful.
