An IBS support contract ensures that you have immediate access to the latest software, a vast library of resources, and a team of caring and experienced technical professionals. Customer Support

Our Customer Support team has become one of our strongest assets. We have worked very hard to listen to our clients, to improve wherever possible and to deliver the very best support product that we can. Our technicians are IT professionals with an average tenure of 30 months at IBS. Have peace of mind knowing that you can always reach our Customer Support team by phone, fax or email.

Installation and Training

We are committed to helping you set up your system to meet your business needs. Our Installation team will conduct an initial meeting with your key staff to be sure that we have clearly identified your business needs. Then, they return to install the software and train your staff, staying onsite the first day that you run the software. The team also provides ongoing training as requested, ensuring that new managers can be brought up to speed on the benefits and features of the IBS software.

Additional training opportunities are provided multiple times a year through the User Conferences. Hosted in different areas of the country, the conference provides a fantastic opportunity to network with other IBS clients and receive advanced training on IBS applications. These conferences allow you to see what’s changed in recent upgrades, receive training on specific topics and then go back to your club with a wealth of information about improving your IBS operation.

Post Installation Support

We understand that getting started with a new software package can be a strenuous undertaking. For this reason, we provide new courses with a dedicated support technician to address the most common questions that arise in your first few weeks with IBS.

Software Upgrades

Be sure that your club is taking advantage of the latest features available. Your support contract allows you to receive software upgrades installed by a member of our Client Services team. With three to four releases a year, you don’t want to miss out on features that will help you meet the needs of your customers and members.
