Charles Sowers: Charles has been with IBS for over 4 years. Before joining IBS, he served in the United States Air Force where he received the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. Once separating from the United States Air Force in 1987, Charles was employed by MCI WorldCom as a Network Design and Implementation Engineer for 15 years. He recently was appointed to the Henrico County Parks and Recreations Advisory Commission. He is currently the Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region and a member of the HFTP.
